A Day of Your Life:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing sales distribution plans for key clients.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain high-quality client relationships and portfolios.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve preset sales targets.
  • Execute direct sales and client management functions.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and explore service opportunities.
  • Coordinate with different internal divisions to align our solutions and services with client needs.
  • Prepare and update quotations for clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
  • Handle temporary tasks and projects assigned by management.
  • The position is based in Shenzhen but may require travel to Hong Kong for client meetings.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • University graduates in communications, banking and finance, business administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development or key client sales.
  • Experience in law firms, corporate finance, or due diligence will be an advantage.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, problem-solving, analytical skills, and an open mindset.
  • Outstanding negotiation, persuasion, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and self-motivate.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, with intermediate or above proficiency in English.
