Business Development Manager
A Day of Your Life:
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales distribution plans for key clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain high-quality client relationships and portfolios.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve preset sales targets.
- Execute direct sales and client management functions.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and explore service opportunities.
- Coordinate with different internal divisions to align our solutions and services with client needs.
- Prepare and update quotations for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
- Handle temporary tasks and projects assigned by management.
- The position is based in Shenzhen but may require travel to Hong Kong for client meetings.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- University graduates in communications, banking and finance, business administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development or key client sales.
- Experience in law firms, corporate finance, or due diligence will be an advantage.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, presentation, problem-solving, analytical skills, and an open mindset.
- Outstanding negotiation, persuasion, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and self-motivate.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with intermediate or above proficiency in English.
