What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in the business industry or a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of customer service processes and methods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to interpret complex information and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building good relationships with clients and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with intermediate or above proficiency in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
