	- Conduct thorough employment background checks, including verification of employment history, education, and references.
 
	- Analyze and assess screening results to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
 
	- Maintain accurate records of all screenings and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
 
	- Stay updated on best practices and changes in employment screening regulations.
 
	- Ad hoc assignments as required.
 
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
	- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
 
	- Previous experience in employment screening or background checks is preferred.
 
	- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
 
	- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
 
	- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
 
	- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manners;
 
	- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical sense and able to work under pressure;
 
	- Immediate availability is preferred.
