Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for client development and daily maintenance of pharmaceutical companies and Fin-tech industries and continuously improved client experience.
2. Responsible for the crisis management and objection resolution of major clients.
3. Coordinate with internal divisions and provide clients with technical, channel & protection support.
4. Assist in enhancing the internal operation process and increase the efficiency

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Medicine, Finance, Law, Management, or Marketing, is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, training, consulting industry background, or pharmaceutical company and Fin-Tech industry customer background are preferred.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Fluent in written and spoken English
