CBI Assists Sponsors and Lawyers in Due Diligence for Jiangxi Bio ’s (6915.HK) IPO
On 30 June 2026, Jiangxi Institute of Biological Products Inc. (Jiangxi Bio, 6915.HK) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD 406 million. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.
Jiangxi Institute of Biological Products Inc. is a provider and exporter of human tetanus antitoxins ("Human TAT") in China. Tetanus antitoxin is an antiserum that provides immediate protection and treatment against tetanus infection by neutralizing the toxin produced by Clostridium tetani, the bacterium responsible for tetanus.
In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the company group, its directors, senior management, shareholders, customers and suppliers, etc. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting reputation intelligence & related company. The due diligence project globally covered 5 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, United States of America, Canada and Switzerland.
