On 29 June 2026, Baige Online Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Baige Digital, 2672.HK) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD 520 million. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.

Baige Online Digital Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company mainly engaged in providing digital risk management solutions for scene insurance. The Company mainly operates three segments. The Risk Management Financial Services segment assists insurance companies in successfully delivering insurance products underwritten by them. The Intelligent Marketing and Digitalization Solutions segment includes project expenses paid by various enterprises. The Third-Party Management (TPA) Service segment mainly serves insurance companies.

In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the company group, its directors, senior management, shareholders, customers and suppliers, etc. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting reference check and related company search. The due diligence project covered 2 countries and regions, including China & Hong Kong.
