On 30 June 2026, Hangzhou Qiandaohu Xunlong Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (Xunlong Scitech, 6715.HK) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD 1.23 billion. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.

Hangzhou Qiandaohu Xunlong Sci-tech Co., Ltd. is the caviar producer, operating under brand KALUGA QUEEN. The company manages a complete sturgeon and caviar supply chain, which covers everything from breeding and farming to processing and marketing.

In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the company group, its directors, senior management, shareholders, customers and suppliers, etc. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting reputation intelligence, related company search and site visit.
