- Retrieve necessary records and documents based on assigned tasks.
- Place orders with vendors for required records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of received documents.
- Organize, file, and maintain documents systematically.
- Update internal systems to track the progress and status of record retrievals.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Handle language-specific documentation, including reading and writing in Chinese.
- Proactively address delays or issues by coordinating with the VM Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Higher Diploma or above, with at least 1 year of experience in due diligence, audit, compliance, financial institutions, or related fields.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese (required).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to handle workload pressure.
- Proactive and reliable in meeting deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn new systems, such as SAP.
