CBI Assists Sponsors and Lawyers in Due Diligence for Eswin Computing’s (1256.HK) IPO
On 9 October 2026, Beijing Eswin Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (Eswin Computing, 1256.HK) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD 2.51 billion. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.
Eswin Computing is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development and production of chip products based on the reduced instruction set computing-five (RISC-V) architecture. Leveraging RISC-V as foundational architecture, the Company's main business focuses on researching and designing products consisting of chip, chipsets, circuit boards accompanied with essential software and outsource the integrated circuit manufacturing, packaging and testing to third-party service providers.
In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the company group, directors, senior management, shareholders, customers, suppliers and distributors. In addition to basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting reference checks, reputation intelligence and related company searches. The due diligence project covered 7 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, United States of America, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
