On January 13, 2025, New Gonow Recreational Vehicles Inc. (805.HK, New Gonow RV) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD 298 million. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.
New Gonow RV is a recreational vehicle (RV) enterprise with an extensive presence in Australasia and New Zealand that designs, develops, manufactures and sells bespoke towable RVs. The company has three RV brands, namely Snowy River, Regent and NEWGEN and has delivered over 2,600 RVs to its customers in 2024.
In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the group company, its directors, senior management, shareholders, suppliers and customers. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting patent search, reference check and reputation intelligence. The due diligence project globally covers 7 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Australia, etc.
