On December 27, 2024, Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (2431.HK, Minieye) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of HKD666 million. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.
Minieye is an intelligent driving and cabin solutions provider in China, offering solutions for critical aspects of the driving experience, including piloting, parking and in-cabin functions. The company accumulatively undertaken mass production for 35 automotive original equipment manufacturers.
In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the group company, its directors, senior management, shareholders, suppliers and customers. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting Reputation Intelligence. The due diligence project globally covers 8 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, USA, Singapore and Australia, etc.
