On December 23, 2024, Shenzhen Dobot Corp Ltd (2432.HK, Dobot Corp) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of HKD752 million. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.
Dobot Corp primarily engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and commercialization of cobots. Their cobot products are adopted for various use cases in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, STEAM education and scientific research settings, etc. The company offers 27 cobot models in four series with over 53,000 cobots sold worldwide.
In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the group company, its directors, senior management, shareholders and customers. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting Reference Check and Reputation Intelligence. The due diligence project globally covers 11 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, USA, Germany, Brazil and India, etc.
