CBI Assists Sponsors and Lawyers in Due Diligence for Dmall’s (2586.HK) IPO
On December 6, 2024, Dmall Inc. (2586.HK, Dmall), successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising approximately HKD 779 million. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.
Dmall provides retail digitalization solutions to retailers in the local retail industry. Local retail refers to the business of selling merchandise to consumers located in close proximity through offline channels or online channels. In addition to China, the company has expanded its business to other countries and regions in Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the group company, its directors, senior management, and shareholders, providing various information including litigation records, bankruptcy and winding-up records, and their credit status and conditions. With a widespread business of Dmall, the due diligence project globally covers up to 12 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Canada, and the United States.
