A DAY OF YOUR LIFE
	- Operate/maintain vSphere Client & ESXi hosts (monitoring, patching, optimization).
 
	- Manage virtual machines (VMs): provisioning, deployment, backup/restore, migration (vMotion), troubleshooting.
 
	- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of VMware environments.
 
	- Administer O365 tenant: user/license management, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams.
 
	- Configure security policies (MFA, conditional access).
 
	- Monitor service health and resolve incidents.
 
	- Support ISO 27001 audits by implementing/maintaining IT controls.
 
	- Prepare technical evidence, documentation, and reports for audits.
 
	- Track corrective actions (CAPA) related to infrastructure.
 
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
	- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 
	- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on virtualization and Microsoft 365 administration.
 
	- Proficiency in VMware technologies, including vSphere and ESXi.
 
	- Experience managing virtual machines and performing backup/restore and migration tasks.
 
	- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
 
	- Familiarity with security policies, including MFA and conditional access configurations, is a plus.
 
	- Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus.
 
	- Understanding of ISO 27001 standards and experience with auditing processes.
 
	- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
 
	- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
 
	- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
